At Wira, we're committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return a product. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a generous 30-day satisfaction guarantee (100 days on some products) from the day you receive your product. This guarantee gives you the opportunity to test the product in your home to ensure it meets your expectations.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in reusable condition
  • It must not have been subjected to excessive use or abnormal usage conditions
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you discover that a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace damaged or defective products at no extra cost to you.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product for another, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a return by contacting our customer service
  2. Return the product (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
  3. Make a new purchase for the item you desire
  4. After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

REFUND PROCESS

After we receive and inspect your return, which normally takes 5-7 business days, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank and the original payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of product defects or damages. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

We at Wira value efficiency in our deliveries and ask all customers to collect their packages within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier (typically 2-5 days from notification).

If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, we handle it as follows:

  • First occurrence: We offer a free reshipment of your order
  • Repeated non-collection: The purchase is considered canceled, and a handling fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund

When an unclaimed package is returned to us, we will contact you via email, and you will have 7 days to let us know if you want reshipment or to cancel the purchase.

Note: The $15 handling fee covers costs for the original shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs for handling unclaimed packages.

SPECIAL PRODUCT CATEGORIES

Digital Products

All digital products are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation for digital products.

Hygiene Items and Consumables

Consumables and hygiene products that have been opened are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons. These products will be clearly marked on their respective product pages. We encourage you to carefully check your order before purchase.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer optional shipping protection that can be added at checkout. This protection is a one-time fee that covers any damage or loss during delivery.

If the order is canceled before shipment, the shipping protection fee will be refunded along with other amounts. For returns, the shipping protection fee is retained as the service has already been performed. By selecting this protection, you agree to these terms.

RESTOCKING FEE

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns for non-defective items to help cover the cost of processing and restocking. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODES

Please note that items purchased using a discount code or with an automatic discount applied may be classified as Final Sale merchandise. In such cases, they may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are sold as-is and cannot be processed for any form of return once the purchase is complete. We encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing their orders.
