At Wira, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible, from order to delivery. Here you'll find all important information about our shipping processes, order tracking, and how we handle potential delays or issues with your delivery.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We take pride in efficient order processing to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Up to 3 business days from when your order is completed.
  • Delivery Time: 9-12 days after processing.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

To stay updated on your order status, visit our "Track my order" page on wirasleep.com. Here you can use your order number, email address, phone number, or tracking number to view the entire delivery process and get an estimate of when your package will arrive.

You'll find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we send to your email address when your order ships from our warehouse. You can also track your order by entering your order number and email address on our Track Order page.

Tracking information is updated in real-time each time you check your order. The information is retrieved directly from the shipping carrier handling your package. On the tracking page, you'll see which shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

Please note that the estimated delivery date on the tracking page is only an estimate and not an exact delivery date.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you discover that you've provided an incorrect delivery address, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. We encourage all customers to carefully verify that the delivery address is correct during checkout.

  • If the order has not shipped: We will do our best to adjust the address before the order ships.
  • If the order is already in transit: We will try to resolve the situation by contacting the shipping carrier, but cannot guarantee a change.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

  • Canceling an order: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible after purchase with the subject line "CANCEL" to support@wirasleep.com.
  • Changing an order: If you wish to make changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible after purchase. We will adjust your order according to your preferences if possible.

If your order has already shipped when you contact us, you must wait until you receive the item and then complete a standard return. Please note that return shipping costs in this case are the customer's responsibility.

DELAYED DELIVERIES

Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We work hard to minimize any delays and appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations. You can always check your order status on our Track Order page.

If you see that your delivery is significantly delayed or if the tracking information has not been updated for several days, please contact our customer service so we can investigate the situation and help you.

DELIVERY COMPLAINTS

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you happen to receive the wrong product or size, or if your order doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to assist.

  • Incorrect delivery: You don't need to pay for return shipping costs. We'll send the correct product to you at no extra charge.
  • Non-delivery: We offer to either send a replacement product at no extra cost or process a full refund.

If you won't be home or will be on vacation during the delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible solutions.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Wira has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

All orders are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be made to the specified address, or if you are not home at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the nearest carrier pickup location. You will be informed about where you can pick up your package.

Packages that are not picked up typically remain at the pickup location for 2-5 days before being returned to us, depending on the carrier's policy. For detailed information about what happens with unclaimed packages, including information about holding periods and handling of returns, please visit our Terms of Service.

If a shipment is lost, we may, in special cases, send a replacement product at no extra cost.

SPLIT DELIVERIES

In rare cases, especially if you have added promotional items after your original purchase, your order may be delivered in separate packages. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. However, we always strive to ship everything in a single package to minimize environmental impact and maximize convenience for you as a customer.

RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS SHIPPING

At Wira, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact. We strive to use eco-friendly packaging solutions and encourage our customers to recycle packaging materials.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We offer optional shipping protection that can be added at checkout. This protection is a one-time fee that covers potential damage or loss during delivery. If the order is canceled before shipment, the shipping protection fee will be refunded along with other amounts. For returns, the shipping protection fee is retained as the service has already been performed. By selecting this protection, you agree to these terms.
